At Bhagyashree Bhati, we are committed to providing transformational coaching and emotional wellness services with integrity, compassion, and care. To ensure a transparent experience for all our clients, please review our refund policy below.

1. Scope of Services Covered:

This refund policy applies to all digital programs, therapy/coaching sessions, and consultation services booked via www.bhagyashreebhati.com, including but not limited to:

1:1 Emotional Wellness Sessions
Tarot Consultations
Clarity Calls
Self-Coaching Programs
Inner Child Healing / Trauma Recovery Courses
Premium Coaching Packages

2. No Refund Policy for 1:1 Sessions:

Due to the time, preparation, and energetic investment that goes into each personalized session, all individual therapy, tarot, or coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked, regardless of attendance.

We understand life happens. If you are unable to attend your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

3. Refund Policy for Digital Programs or Packages:

We offer structured digital and coaching packages aimed at deep emotional healing and personal growth. You are eligible for a refund only under the following conditions:

You have completed all assigned modules or tasks up to that point.
You can demonstrate that you implemented the given guidance and still found no benefit or transformation.

All refund requests will be reviewed manually. Approval is not guaranteed and remains at the discretion of Bhagyashree Bhati.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions:

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

You miss or skip sessions without prior notice.
You change your mind or personal circumstances shift.
You access downloadable content (e.g., PDFs, meditations, video modules).
Token payments or consultation fees for discovery/clarity calls.
You display non-responsiveness, avoid participation, or delay the assigned work for more than 15 days.

5. Refund Processing Time:

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 4–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method (UPI, credit card, or bank transfer). Delays caused by your bank or payment gateway are not within our control.

6. Emergency Refund Process:

For rare cross-border or technical refund issues, we may offer alternative solutions such as payment through trusted platforms like PayPal, Stripe, Payoneer, or Razorpay upon mutual agreement.
